UNOPA meeting, awards ceremony Nov. 10

Jack Oliva, dean of the Hixon-Lied College of Fine and Performing Arts, will be the speaker. The Floyd S. Oldt Outstanding Staff, Silver Pen and Boss of the Year awards will be presented.
