Campus Rec is enrolling kids for summer sessions

UNL Campus Recreation is enrolling children for summer sessions of Husker Kids and Husker Adventures’ day camps for the UNL community and past members. Open registration begins Feb. 28.

The camps, celebrating their 20th year, are open for children entering grades 2-8. There will be eight one-week sessions between June 6 and Aug. 5 (no camps July 4-8). Youth may be enrolled for as many sessions as desired or as space is available. Camp days are 7:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday to Friday, with an extended program available until 5:35 p.m. Structured programs and activities will begin at 8:40 a.m. daily.

The 2011 camp fee for Campus Rec members is $100 per child per session. General public fee is $110 per child per session. Extended day program is an additional $10 per child per session.
