Bill Gates delivers his congratulations to Jeffrey S. Raikes (at right) via a recorded video message during a Sept. 26 luncheon honoring Jeffrey and Tricia Raikes. The luncheon was part of the dedication ceremonies for the Jeffrey S. Raikes School of Computer Science and Management.
