Three artists featured in final MFA thesis exhibit

 

The final Master of Fine Arts Thesis exhibition is April 17-25 at the Eisentrager•Howard Gallery in Richards Hall.

The exhibition includes MFA candidates Jennifer Ghormley (printmaking), Jen Lukas (graphic design), and Dan Perry (sculpture). The exhibition reception is 5 to 8 p.m. April 24.

Ghormley's exhibition is titled "Corporeal Reality." Ghormley received her BFA in printmaking from the Metropolitan State College of Denver, and she received her Associate of Applied Arts in photography from the Art Institute of Houston.

Lukas' exhibition is titled "The Little Girl Trapped Inside." Lukas received a BFA from UNL in 1994 with an emphasis in graphic design. Her professional experience includes freelance designing for Swanson Russell Associates.

Dan Perry's exhibition is titled "Probation." Perry received his Bachelor of Arts in fine art from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa.

Gallery hours for the MFA Thesis Exhibitions are noon to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
