IANR scientists in top-20 worldwide for article citations

The ISI Essential Science Indicators Report (1994-2004) indexes nearly 9,000 journals, tabulating how often articles are cited by other authors. The report reviewed agricultural sciences articles published by 298 institutions worldwide - both government agencies and universities - and found UNL ranked 16th overall.

Scientists in UNL's Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources published 1,028 papers, which were cited 6,056 times over the decade.
