Meyer is the degree audit reporting systems coordinator in Registration and Records. She created a Web-based system that both advisers and undergraduate students can access to determine where they are in their degree program.

“While many people have contributed to bringing this service to fruition, it was Gail’s drive, hard work and sacrifice that is primarily responsible for getting us to where we are today. Without her vision for the project and willingness to invest herself, this effort could not have succeeded. She has truly made a difference in the lives of students and in the quality of advising campuswide,” her nominator said.

Specht is a manager in the Department of Animal Science and administrative team leader of the Animal Science, Biometry and Entomology Business Center. His responsibilities include oversight of all budgetary information and processing, payroll, grants, royalties, appropriated research, teaching and extension, and revolving accounts.

“Allen is a team player and creates a sense of teamwork among the staff he wants to work together to accomplish a project. He is supportive and makes all feel an important part of the business center and the university,” his nominator said.
