'That Takes Ovaries' to be Staged April 1, 2 at Nebraska Union
That Takes Ovaries! Bold Females and Their Brazen Acts, a play by Rivka Solomon and Bobbi Ausbusel and directed by Jillian Clay Morse, will be presented at 7:30 p.m. April 1-2 in the Crib area of the Nebraska Union.
The play grew out of a book by the same title and tells short, multi/intercultural, sassy and touching true tales of womens and girls gutsy, courageous and wild deeds. Coupled with a grassroots initiative toward empowerment, That Takes Ovaries! has been produced in communities worldwide.
The production is free and open to the public and is intended for a mature audience. Donations will be collected for The Friendship Home.
