Commencement

Graduates walk from near Love Library past Mueller Tower and on to the Coliseum for commencement exercises in this University Archives photo from the mid- to late-1950s.

The Coliseum was used for commencement exercises through 1975. Commencement moved to the Devaney Sports Center - then known as the Sports Center - in 1976

The Devaney Sports Center will host commencement exercises at 9:30 a.m. May 6. For more information, turn to Page 1.

From the Archives is a regular feature of the Scarlet. This week's image was provided by the University Archives. If you have an item for this feature, call 472-8515 or send e-mail to tfedderson2@unl.edu.
