'Rock for Relief' is Sept. 15

The Association of Students of the University of Nebraska, University Program Council and UNL Greek Affairs, in collaboration with The Rococo Theatre, will present "Rock for Relief," a benefit concert for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. The concert is from 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Sept. 15 at The Rococo Theatre (13th and P streets).

Admission is a $5 minimum donation at the door. The event is open to the public for those 18 years and older.

The concert will feature performances by "Kris Lager Band" from 5 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., "Balance" from 7 p.m. to 8:15 p.m., and "40/20" from 9 p.m. to 10:15 p.m.

Pizza and beverages will be available for purchase.

Monetary donations will also be collected during the day from noon to 5 p.m. outside the theatre. All door proceeds will be donated to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund for Hurricane Katrina.
