Petrie offers free film lecture Nov. 3

Film director Donald Petrie presents a free, public lecture at 3:30 p.m. Nov. 3 at the Mary Riepma Ross Media Arts Center.

The Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film hosts the lecture.

Movies Petrie has directed include "Just My Luck" (2006), "Welcome to Mooseport" (2004), "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" (2003), "Miss Congeniality" (2000), "My Favorite Martian" (1999), and "Grumpy Old Men" (1993).
