Chamber music concert is April 1

The fifth and final series concert for the Lincoln Friends of Chamber Music is at 8 p.m. April 1, in the Sheldon Memorial Art Gallery.

It will feature the Amadeus Piano Trio, in a joint presentation with the UNL School of Music. As part of its residency performance, the trio will also conduct a master class for the School of Music, sharing their experience and artistry with the next generation of chamber music players.

Considered one of the premier piano trio ensembles, the group performs in all major concert halls and summer chamber music festivals worldwide. The group is also known as a champion of new music, commissioning three new works performing during their 2003-2004 season.

Single concert tickets can also be purchased for $27 for adults and $6 for students. For more information, call 435-5454, or email info@lfcm.org.
