Lied hosts 'Will Rogers Follies'

"The Will Rogers Follies," winner of six 1991 Tony Awards, will be at the Lied Center for Performing Arts for four performances April 7-9. Show times are 7:30 p.m. April 7; 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. April 8, and 2 p.m. April 9.

A pre-performance talk by Bob Rook, Karen Wills and Laurie Lessman will be held in the Lied's Steinhart Room 30 minutes prior to curtain.

The Will Rogers Follies is a highly visual account of the life of the famed folk hero, performer and philosopher. Will Rogers narrates his life story through a series of spectacular production numbers.

Ticket prices are $47, $42 and $32. UNL students with a valid NCard and youth 18 and younger may purchase tickets for half price.
