MOSS
Donald Moss of O'Neill received his degree in December 2003 through the culinology program offered by UNL and Metropolitan Community College in Omaha. MCC and UNL were the first two-year and four-year institutions in the nation to offer a program in culinology approved by the Research Chefs Association.
Culinology teaches commercial food preparation and food science to bridge the gap in the industry between the scientist and the chef. Graduates can work with product development teams in the food processing industry or for restaurants creating new products.
