State swim, dive meet on Nebraska ETV

School pride and state honors are up for grabs as high school swimming and diving teams from across Nebraska compete for boys' and girls' state titles on the Nebraska High School Swimming and Diving Championships airing at noon Feb. 26 on the statewide Nebraska ETV Network.

Calling the action of the four-hour competition-telecast live and in high-definition where available from the Bob Devaney Sports Centerwill be sportscaster Larry Punteney, with former University of Nebraska women's swim coach Ray Huppert and former All-Big 8 Nebraska swimmer Matt Rye providing color commentary. Videotaped segments of diving competitions, held the preceding day, also will be included in the program.

The meet will also be webcast live on NET's Web site mynptv.org, viewable on the Internet via RealPlayer. Webcasting of the meet is a free service of NET.
