Winter ceramics sale Dec. 14-15

The UNL Clay Club will host the Annual Winter Ceramics Sale Dec. 14-15 in Richards Hall, room 118. The sale is from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dec. 14, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 15.

Sale items include ceramics works created by undergraduates, graduates and alumni. The pieces range from functional pottery to sculpture, representing a variety of techniques.

In addition, a raffle of work donated by students and faculty will be held. Tickets can be purchased at the sale. Winners will be drawn at 5 p.m. Dec. 15; need not be present to win.

The UNL Clay Club is a student-run organization that raises money to support ceramics lectures and workshops given by nationally-recognized artists. The organization also provides funds for students to attend the annual National Conference for Education in the Ceramics Arts and other programs.
